Guidelines for Registering your Research / Creative Performance

Every student interested in participating in this research event must register, even if you are presenting your research with other students in a group.

Please consult the guidelines on who, when, and where to register your research presentation.

Registration

There are two stages to registering your project:

1. REGISTer - Step One  (JAN 25-FEB 12)

Each student presenting at the event must first register between January 25 and Feb 12.

Each student who wants to present at the Celebration must register (whether presenting alone or with one or more students), by February 12. Students who co-authored projects but who are not themselves going to be at the Celebration, need not register.

2. Step Two - Submit your abstract (FEB. 12 - MARCH 1)

Each registered student must submit the abstract for the project or indicate who will submit it.

Beginning February 12, any registered student may edit their registration to upload their abstract,
This second phase of registration ends March 1.

Who needs to Register?

Each student presenting at the Celebration must register by February 12. Even if two or more students are presenting the same project together, each student must register separately. Students who have co-authored research being presented at the Celebration, but who are not going to be at the Celebration themselves, should not register.
